Zinfandel has its roots in Croatia and it thought to have been brought over to the New World by immigrants sometime in the early 19th century. Many claim it to be native to the US based on it being so widely planted.
This wine has exquisite dark fruit profiles such as date and fig with well integrated oak flavors as well as vanilla and toast.
Flavor profiles are big red fruit such as cassis and blackberry with hints of cigar box cedar with a pepper/spice finish! Meant to enjoy now! |
