Barbera has its roots in the Piedmonte region in Italy. Typically
these wines are 100% varietal but we decided to kick it up a notch
by purposely blending in small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
and Petite Sirah. The end result is a big-ger wine with layered
fruit and a beautiful toasty oak finish.
This wine has exquisite bright red fruit with vanilla and sweet
oak. Enjoy with pasta and red sauce with meat, sausage or pork as
well as grilled rib-eyes! |
