Dessert Wines

2008 Vinho Doce Tempranillo
Retail $24 | Wine Club $20
Winemaker Notes: A single vineyard late harvest Tempranillo, fortified with Grappa to make a most unique port style wine. Fig, date and prune present themselves in the front of your palate, then you journey on to a lingering spicy finish.

2007 Besame

Winemaker  Notes: A Portuguese style dessert wine made of Touriga National, Tinta Roriz, Saozao and Tinta Madeira blend. Hints of dark fruit leaving the palate with a ginger spice finish.

2009 Boccagasmo

Red

Brioso
New everyday price $16 | Case price $160 ($13.33/bottle)
Winemaker Notes: Brioso means “Lively” in Italian. This wine is all of that with juicy acidity and medium tannins. Enticing aromas of licorice, blackberry jam, dried fig and a hint of cloves. This Syrah-dominated blend of six different grape varietals demonstrates why blending is such a big trend in the California wine industry.

2013 Cabernet Sauvignon
Retail $24 | Wine Club $20
Winemaker Notes: This Cabernet / Sangiovese blend is a balanced and approachable red wine that is ready for enjoying now. Aged in American oak, the aromas of currant and red raspberry shine through allowing nice clean mouthfeel.

2013 Patramoine
Retail $24 | Wine Club $20
Winemaker Notes: This 50/50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc reveals the true characteristics of both varietals. It is filled with beautiful aromatics of roasted bell pepper, artichoke heart as well as oregano and a hint of dark cocoa. Mid-palate flavors are bright red fruits – think cherry pie and cranberry followed by a finish of coffee and mocha.

2013 Syrah
Retail $24 | Wine Club $20
Winemaker Notes:
Black pepper, raspberry jam and cranberry jump from the glass followed by flavors of ripe Bing cherries, smoked bacon and leather. It finishes with cooked mushroom and a trace of maple.
